Thank you for choosing Dicotr for your MarTech needs. We aim to provide high-quality digital services. Because our services are digital and involve significant labor and resource allocation upon commencement, we have established the following refund policy.

2. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel their service request within 24 hours of the initial deposit for a full refund. After 24 hours, resource allocation begins, and the initial deposit becomes non-refundable.

3. Completed Projects

Once a digital asset (website, branding guide, marketing campaign) has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. We offer a revision period (as defined in your specific service agreement) to ensure satisfaction before final delivery.

4. Monthly Subscriptions

For ongoing marketing automation or SEO services billed monthly, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the month.
